IHC: Former PM Imran Khan challenges ECP verdict

Imran Khan challenged the verdict of  Election Commission of disqualification in Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Saturday, to declare the verdict null and void.

As per reports, Barrister Ali Zafar has filed the application in IHC on behalf of PTI leader Imran Khan.

In the filed application, the PTI top leadership has requested to annulled the decision made by ECP in Toshakhana case.

However, the objections has also been raised by the registrar’s office on former PM application.

In the objection it was said that, the certified copy of ECP’s disqualification decision was not attached with the application, and he did not get biometric verification.
