He thanked Prime Minister Imran Khan for nominating Sadiq Sanjrani from Balochistan for the slot of Chairman Senate.
The Chief Minister said along with coalition parties we will contest for the post of Chairman and Deputy Chairman Senate.
Earlier, Imran Khan nominated Sadiq Sanjrani as the PTI’s candidate for the slot of Chairman Senate.
He made this decision during a meeting he chaired in Islamabad on Thursday.
The senior PTI leadership and the Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani attended the meeting.
Meanwhile, Information Minister Shibli Faraz later confirmed the development regarding the nomination of Sadiq Sanjrani in a tweet.
