Federal Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed called on Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad today (Tuesday).

During the meeting, he briefed about his visit to Quetta.
The Minister visited Quetta on the special instructions of the Prime Minister on Monday.
He met the Shia Hazara community who is staging sit-in protest against massacre of 11 coalmine workers.
Meanwhile, political situation across the country also came under discussion during the meeting.

While addressing the Hazara community, Federal Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed assured that the terrorists involved in the Mach incident will not be spared at any cost.
Deputy Speaker National Assembly Qasim Khan Suri also accompanied him.
Hazara Shia community is staging a sit-in against the killing of eleven coal miners in Mach.
Friday prayers leader Allama Syed Hashmi Mousavi and former provincial minister Agha Raza are leading sit-in protesters.
Meanwhile, Sheikh Rashid announced relief amount for the families of the martyrs.
He further said that the Balochistan government would pay Rs 1.5 million to each family of the martyrs.
Besides, federal government would pay them Rs 1 million as compensation.
He invited the elders of Hazara community to Islamabad for a meeting with Prime Minister to share their concerns.
However, Hazara Shia community refused to accept his suggestion.
They reiterated their demand that Prime Minister should arrive at the sit-in camp.
