UAE Ambassador meets Pakistan Naval Chief

UAE Ambassador meets Pakistan Naval Chief in Islamabad today (Tuesday).

The ambassador Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Salem Al-Zaabi called on Naval Chief Admiral Amjad Khan Niazi.

Both sides discussed matters of mutual interest.

Particularly, they discussed bilateral cooperation in maritime domain.

Moreover, they also exchanged views on maritime security situation.

Meanwhile, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for Pakistan Hamad Obaid Ibrahim Al Zaabi paid tribute to Pakistani community.

He expressed these views during his meeting with Kashmir Committee Chairman Shehryar Khan Afridi.

He underlined Pakistani community’s pivotal role in the development of his country (UAE).

Furthermore, he noted Pakistan and UAE tied in deep rooted relations based on religion, history and culture.

During meeting in Islamabad, Al Zaabi further emphasized that no one can disrupt it.

Meanwhile, both the dignitaries discussed ideas of mutual harmony.

They also pledged to promote it.

Minister of State Afridi also highlighted that Pakistan has unprecedented relations with UAE.

He reiterated Prime Minister Imran Khan’s interest in promoting bilateral ties between both the countries.

Recently, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has visited United Arab Emirates.

The UAE’s visa policy evoked strong reaction against the Emirates.

Many Pakistanis also complained of unfair policy to Pakistani community in UAE.
