Saudi ambassador calls on Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad today (Monday).

According to Radio Pakistan, both sides exchanged views on bilateral cooperation and the COVID-19 situation.

Moreover, they reaffirmed the resolve to further strengthen the strong, longstanding bilateral fraternal ties.

Saudi Ambassador Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Maliki is regularly meeting the high officials these days.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Imran Khan urged all the political parties to ensure sanctity of the Parliament.

He said this, while talking to Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser in Islamabad on Monday.

The PM further asked the polity to  uphold democratic values in the country.

He underlined Parliament as the biggest constitutional and key institution of the country not only for legislation, but also for the continuity of democracy as well.

Meanwhile, the Prime Minister and Speaker exchanged views on parliamentary system of the country.

Moreover, the PM said people always look towards their elected representatives for raising their voice in the parliament for resolution of their problems.

He said Parliament’s real strength lies in serving the masses and upholding the Constitution.

On the other hand, Ministers asks NAB to hold JUIF leader Fazlur Rehman accountable for his assets.

Federal Ministers Ali Amin Gandapur and Faisal Vawda called for this, while addressing a news conference in Islamabad today (Monday).
