Shah Mahmood asks Opposition to resign instead of making drama.

Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said this in an interview with a private television channel.

He urged the opposition parties to stop playing drama with nation and resign from assemblies forthwith.

Furthermore, he said the PDM leaders should present resignation to Speaker National Assembly.

Qureshi asked the Pakistan Democratic Movement leaders to desist from playing gimmicks with nation anymore.

The Minister said the government has consistently requested the opposition to refrain from organizing public gatherings at open places in the face of increasing coronavirus cases in the country.

Despite these requests, the opposition parties have held public gathering in Lahore, he said.

Qureshi said PDM leaders public meetings posed serious threats to people’s health.

CM Punjab Usman Buzdar

Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar thanked the people especially citizens of Lahore for remaining indifferent to PDM’s riotous politics.

In a statement issued in Lahore on Monday, he said this.

Buzdar said that the corrupt elements of PDM will be held accountable.

He said that Pakistan Democratic Movement’s leaders will have to return the looted wealth of the country.

Meanwhile, PTI government has slammed the PDM show at Minar-e-Pakistan as a failed one.
