According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) press release, Indian Army troops on Tuesday resorted to unprovoked fire in Baroh and Tandar Sectors along the Line of Control (LoC).

That left a soldier of Pakistan Army and 15-year old boy dead.
ISPR said the unprovoked CFV aimed at targeting civilian population.
However, army also retaliated the firing.
Due to intense exchange of fire Sepoy Shafique fighting valiantly embraced shahadat.
It added that 15 years old boy resident of village Baroh embraced shahdat, while 4 civilians including a woman and 80 years old male resident of village Kartan in Tandar Sector got injured.
Pakistan army troops responded and targeted those posts which initiated fire.
However, reports had it Indian posts also suffered substantial damage in terms of in men and material.
On the other hand, Pakistan Army Captain Abdullah Zafar embraced martyrdom in fire clash with terrorists.

The exchange of firing occurred bin Shakai area of South Waziristan.

Pak Army’s patrolling party was patrolling to check terrorist move in the area.

On intelligence of terrorists presence in Shakai, South Waziristan, Security Forces were conducting night patrolling.

According to ISPR, during one such late night patrol on Sunday in Shakai, South Waziristan, terrorists opened fire on the patrolling party.

“During exchange of fire, Captain Abdullah Zafar, age 25 years, resident of Lachi, Kohat while leading his troops embraced shahadat.”

The security forces cordoned off the area for clearance operation.
