Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said, while talking to European Union Ambassador in Pakistan Androulla Kaminara in Islamabad today.

He said the European Union, being champion of human rights, should take notice of the worst curfew and grave human rights violations in occupied Kashmir.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi urged the international community, including the European Union, to press India to stop human rights violations in occupied Kashmir and free the Kashmiris detained in Indian jails.

Meanwhile, the EU Pakistan stated: Ambassador @AKaminara met with Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi today. They exchanged views on issues including #COVID19 impact on Multilateralism, Trade, GSP+, Human Rights, Afghanistan peace process & Stronger EU-Pak Cooperation @ForeignOfficePk @SMQureshiPTI

Moreover, Ambassador Androulla Kaminara tweeted: “Just had another very positive, constructive mtg with FM Qureshi. #EU-PK partnership getting stronger and stronger through dialogue and exchange of views. Thank you @SMQureshiPTI for willingness to engage further.”

According to Radio Pakistan, FM Qureshi said Coronavirus pandemic has engulfed the entire world.

Hence, necessitates global efforts to contain its spread.

He further said Pakistan has allocated $ 8 billion for economic rehabilitation of the people affected by Coronavirus despite financial constraints.

The Minister welcomed the European Union’s timely support to Pakistan to deal with the situation arising out of Coronavirus.

On the other hand, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said India is hatching conspiracies in Balochistan.

In a statement, he accused India of having remained involved in fanning terrorism in Balochistan.

He is going to write a letter to the president of UN Security Council, apprising him the latest situation.

The Foreign Minister said India is looking for lame excuse for a false flag operation in Pakistan.

He said India can orchestrate a drama of false flag operation as New Delhi does not want peace in Pakistan.
