DG ISI and SAPM Moeed Yusuf meet PM to discuss security related affairs.


Director General ISI Lt. Gen. Faiz Hamid called on Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad today.

Matters pertaining to national security came under discussion during the meeting.

Meanwhile, PM’s Special Assistant on National Security Division Dr. Moeed Yusuf separately called on Prime Minister Imran Khan.

They discussed regional situation, especially aggression from India in recent days and other matters.

They also deliberated on measures taken to repatriate Pakistanis stranded abroad and the progress in this regard.

Most importantly, regional security situation particularly the Indian aggression emerging during the recent days and other matters came under discussion.

According to a press statement issued by the PM Media Office, during the meeting, they also discussed measures taken for bringing back the Pakistanis, stranded abroad due to coronavirus.

Moreover, they discussed in detail the progress in that respect so far

Earlier, Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs Syed Ali Haider Zaidi along with Chairman Habib Bank Sultan Ali Allana called on PM.

Sultan Ali Allana complimented the Prime Minister to present the largest economic package in the history of the country in order to provide relief to the people in the context of coronavirus situation.

He congratulated the PM on running Ehsaas Emergency Cash Program on transparency and merit.

The Prime Minister appreciated the services and assistance of Habib Bank in delivering Ehsaas Emergency Cash Programme to deserving people.
