According to official source, the number of Coronavirus infection cases in the country has reached 5,374.

These include 2594 in Punjab, 1411 in Sindh, 744 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 230 in Balochistan, 224 in Gilgit-Baltistan, 131 in Islamabad, and 40 in Azad Kashmir.
1,095 patients have recovered while 93 people have died.
Meanwhile, worldwide death toll from coronavirus pandemic has risen to 112,510
More than 1.8 million declared cases have been registered in over 190 countries and territories.
Earlier, President Dr. Arif Alvi held consultative conference with all provincial Governors and President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir today.
He sought their cooperation and suggestions to meet the challenge of Covid-19 Pandemic.
All Governors presented their respective views.
Moreover, they briefed the president about the situation arising out of current pandemic.
They appreciated the measures which the government took against the spread of Covid-19 Pandemic.
The Governors and AJK President expressed satisfaction over the level of cooperation, in term of medical equipment and financial assistance under the Ehsas Program.
Federal Government is providing this help to provinces.
Meanwhile, a parliamentary sub-committee has been constituted on the issue of pilgrims returning from Iran and Tablighi Jamaat.
Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser made this announcement while addressing a press conference in Islamabad today.
