Forces of status quo that resist reforms will fail, says Firdous Ashiq Awan, Special Assistant on Information and Broadcasting.

She said this, while addressing a ceremony in Islamabad today (on Sunday).

Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan said that the PTI government is committed to take forward reform agenda in health sector.

However, she emphasised that anti-reforms forces will fail against the government’s strong commitment to improve health structure in the country.

Public private partnership

She said the government is ready for public private partnership to ensure quality health facilities to people.

Meanwhile, she invited overseas Pakistanis and social sector organizations to contribute to the government’s efforts to address health challenges.

Moreover, she said that everyone has to play his role to overcome the negative health indicators of the country.
